LEAD TIME & PURCHASES

• All MCH products are made to order.
• All orders have a lead time of 6 – 8 weeks once proof of payment received.
• Full payment is required upfront before commencing production.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

• Collection of units for courier / shipping to be collected from 37 Buitenkant. Street, East City, 7925 on a date specified by MCH.
• Prices quoted exclude shipping / delivery, packaging & crating fees, installation and insurance.

RETURNS POLICY

• We are not responsible for damage done by couriers.
• Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality.
• If a MCH product arrives with production defects we will work with you to fix it.
• We will always ensure that our products are designed and delivered to meet your specifications.
• MCH products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the installation is accepted by the customer.

FINISHES

• All MCH products are galvanised and powder-coated, 2 processes which protect and prevent rust from occurring.
• Rust may form if a product’s paintwork is pierced or scratched exposing the raw sheet metal to the elements.
